yay! after weeks of practices, it's finally Sports Day..!
okay, i don't want to forget this. percussionists performed today were (from right hand side) me, Sherwin, Anna and Priyankka (snare), Ganga (toms), Amalina and Mae Yin (bass), Nas/Chibi [kim fong], Amelia and Shivaani (cymbals). hey Nas, you were late for the ending ceremony..!! that's for march pass. haizz, as usual we played beliawanis malaysia, host of freedom and solo 2 as well.
as for the middle performance, we played the song michael jackson spectacular, and the percussionists were Chibi, Shivaani, Anna, Pri, Amelia, Mae Yin, Amalina, Nas and myself. omg, is this gonna be lika, Amalina's last performance with us? T.T *sobs* we played hujan di tengah hari too. *wipes tears* player were: Amalina, Mae Yin and Nas (snare), me and Shivaani (bass), Anna, Pri and Chibi (cymbals) and Amelia (bells). i personally feel that we sounded better when we played the second time after the Sports Days ended when we were all still on the field. ^^
overall, Hermine appeared as champion again this year, followed by Francis, Clare and Assunta. yeah, Hermine, good job..! haha! Alison came to me crying after Sports Day ended. why, because Francis marchers won first..! lol.. haha!
this is indeed one of the best Sports Day ever. the practices for this function were days that i will never want to forget, especially the last week of practice when we fully skip class. there were tears, laughters, screams.. and jokes too. Amalina will be like, "you, you, you, you, you guys!!".. and Mae Yin, saxophones are NOT made of gold. Aisyah too. gold cannot melt under the sun, darling.. lol. and Pri's Lady Gaga's joke. "how do you heard LadyGaga? you poke her face." Amelia, Ganga and Hannan said it was lame. then Shivaani said it was lame too. but she said that because she had never heard of that song (lol).. hahaha go listen to the pokerface song..
whatever it is, this function has ended, it's gone. all that left were memories only. and one of the worst thing, i have piles and piles of homework to finish and back to school to study.. haizz..
Amalina, if this really is your last function with us, i hope that you will remember all the days we've spent together as a band, a section and as friends. i will never forget you as my best best friend, do not worry, we will always be with you.
best friends forever, Amalina..! T.T omg. if you leave then H20 will loose oxygen. only left me and Aisyah as hydrogen. lol..
