One of the best way to prove that you don't lip sync and that you can really sing live, is to SING WITHOUT THE MICROPHONE. (:
I watched a video today on youtube, and saw a performance that shocked me totally.
Hongki and Jaejin sang So Today... without a microphone on the stage. The whole place was almost pin drop silence; people hardly moved an inch the moment Hongki sang his first note. It was fascinating, like seriously! Their voice were so clear, they sound so good!
I'm so proud that FT Island proved themselves that they can really sing, and definitely not lip sync-ing during performances. :D
